Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs when hiring a DJ and saxophonist from us. All fees such as VAT are included in the price where applicable. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Do you offer different DJ lineups?
DJ and Sax have a wide selection of line-ups starting from our trademark live saxophonist and DJ combo, all the way up to a full-blown showband.

Are the instruments and booth sparkly?
The sparkly booth and instruments in some of our videos are owned by The Sparkle Band and are only available when hiring the band.
We perform with the band at events around the world, but due to the popularity of the sax and DJ line-up, we do separate events too using our own equipment including a white starlit booth.

Are your DJs and musicians fully insured?
Yes, DJ and Sax has full liability insurance. All our equipment is PAT tested. We are happy to provide documentation upon request. We can also carry out risk assessments if required.
How long does the DJ and sax player perform for?
Every event differs and we are very flexible with performance times. The DJ will play continuously whereas the sax player usually performs for 2 x 45, 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute sets.
What happens between and after the live sets?
The DJ plays continuously throughout to keep the party going whenever there's a break in the live music.
What does the duo wear?
The DJ and saxophonist will dress smart, unless requested to dress casually or a certain way.
Will your perform our first dance?
Yes, we love to work with couples to turn the first dance they dreamt of into a reality.
Does the DJ supply a booth, lighting and sound equipment?
Yes, the DJ would bring their own booth, sound system and lighting. Same for our musicians, each brings all their necessary equipment.
How long does it take for the DJ and sax duo to set up?
Set up is usually complete within an hour, our DJs and musicians are very used to setting up during the room turnover period.
What happens if the DJ or sax player fall ill?
If for any reason one the DJ or sax player are unable to attend on the day of the event due to illness, we will send a replacement. We work with 100s of musicians and DJs every year and have a roster of world-class saxophonists and DJs throughout the UK.
How much is it to hire a DJ and sax player?
Prices start at £1,395, but vary by location, season / date, duration of performances, and specific requirements.
